Where we deliver

We deliver to every district of Bangladesh through our courier partners.

Delivery charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳80
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery time

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

Delivery time is counted in working days from when your order is confirmed. Fridays, public holidays, severe weather, political programmes or courier disruptions can cause delays. Our delivery times stay within the limits set by the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021: 5 days within the same city and 10 days elsewhere.

Order confirmation

After you place an order, we may call, text or WhatsApp you to confirm it before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable. Orders we cannot confirm may be put on hold or cancelled.

Tracking your order

You can see your order status in My Account → Orders. When the courier provides a tracking number, we share it with you.

Receiving your parcel

• Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person before accepting it. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, pay the exact amount shown on your invoice to the delivery person.

Delivery address

Please enter a complete address with area, road, house number and a nearby landmark, plus a phone number we can reach. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Failed or refused deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you after several attempts, the parcel comes back to us and the order may be cancelled. If a parcel is refused without a valid reason, the delivery charge is payable, and future orders may require the delivery charge in advance.
