Payment Information

Accepted payment methods

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders across Bangladesh. You pay the delivery person in cash when you receive your parcel.

When we add online payment options such as bKash, Nagad or cards, the available methods will be shown at checkout and on this page.

Prices and charges

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• The delivery charge (৳80 inside Dhaka, ৳120 outside Dhaka) is added at checkout.
• The total you pay is shown at checkout and on your invoice before you confirm.

Advance payments

We do not ask for advance payment on Cash on Delivery orders, except where a customer has previously refused parcels without a valid reason (see Shipping Information). If an advance is ever requested, it will only be through Momlivo’s official channels.

Stay safe from fraud

Momlivo will never ask for your PIN, OTP or password. Do not share them with anyone who claims to be from Momlivo. If you are unsure, contact us on WhatsApp.

Pricing errors

If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we will contact you before dispatch so you can confirm the correct price or cancel the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer within 7 working days. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
