These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of momlivo.com and to every order you place with Momlivo, GP GA 129, Hajari Bari, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, Payment Information and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

Using our website

• You must be 18 or older, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• Keep your account password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not misuse the website, for example by trying to hack it, placing fake orders, or posting unlawful or misleading content.

Products and information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging may change. Product information is general guidance and is not medical advice. Please read the label, follow the instructions and always supervise children when they use baby products.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. All products are subject to availability. If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel the order.

Orders

• After you place an order, we send a confirmation and may call or message you to verify it.
• A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price is wrong, the delivery details cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud or abuse. If you have paid, we refund you in full.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery. See Payment Information for details.

Delivery

Delivery charges and times are explained in Shipping Information. Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person before accepting it.

Returns and refunds

Reviews and content you submit

When you post a review or send a product request, you confirm it is your own honest content, and you allow Momlivo to show it on our website and social media. We may moderate, shorten or remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Momlivo name, logo, text, designs and photos on this website belong to Momlivo or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for products used against their instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 and the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will try to solve it quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
